My name is Ellise Dodge and I have been in the real estate industry since 1999.  I began as an appraiser assistant, then became licensed in 2000 and certified in 2003.  I own and operate Premier Appraisal Group, Inc., which services the Lower Hudson Valley region and several counties in New York City/New York State, Fairfield County, CT and Charlotte and Lee Counties in Florida. In 2003, I also decided to venture into Sales and obtained my Salespersons license.  In 2005 I obtained my Brokers license in the hopes of opening up my own real estate office.   In 2011, my husband and I opened My Home Inspector, Inc., a home inspection business, in order to serve the local real estate clientele on a broader basis, and in 2015, the New York Home Inspector School was open, with locations in Westchester and Putnam Counties in the Hudson Valley, as well as Queens and Long Island (the School now runs virtually using a Live Zoom platform).
